
Two Kamloops men are facing charges after a drug-trafficking investigation from November.
Spokesperson Const. Crystal Evelyn says the Kamloops RCMP Targeted Enforcement Unit arrested two men as part of an ongoing drug investigation on Nov.9, 2020. She says the men were released with a court date, pending charge approval, which she says were recently received.
Darcy Dean Anderson, 32, faces four charges – two related to unlawfully possessing fentanyl and methamphetamine as well as possessing tools that could be used to break into a house or a vehicle, and an identifying document that belonged to someone else.
Meanwhile, Cody Lee Arthur Housego, 26, is charged with one count of possessing methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking.
Evelyn says Anderson has a court appearance on March 11 while Housego’s is on March 29.
