Kamloops RCMP are looking for information after a man was assaulted and stabbed at McDonald Park on the North Shore early yesterday morning.

Staff Sgt. Troy Durand says this man was assaulted and stabbed by two other unidentified men around 1:10 a.m.

“The first [man] was describe as wearing dark hoodie and jeans, the second was wearing dark clothing,” Durand said. “This is believed to be a targeted attack and the victim is not cooperating in the police investigation.”
