Update 7:30 p.m.-
The TNRD has downgraded the evacuation order for the Napier Lake area to an evacuation alert.
It says the situation has improved because of the rain in the area.
People can return home though they are being told to be on stand-by in case the situation changes.
The wildfire is still burning out of control and it’s estimated to be 25 hectares in size.

The evacuation order came in just after 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
The BC Wildfire Service says there are three personnel responding to the fire with support from air tankers and three helicopters.
“Smoke from this incident will be highly visible to travellers on Highway 5A because of the wind,” they say, in a statement.
The Napier Lake fire is one of roughly 200 active fires in the province, with 74 of those in the Kamloops Fire Centre.
