
A trio of 17-year-old Kamloops Blazers are on NHL Central Scouting’s preliminary players to watch list that was released Tuesday.
Forward Fraser Minten and defenceman Mats Lindgren have been assigned a ‘B’ rating indicating a possible second or third-round draft pick.
Fellow Blazers forward Matthew Seminoff was assigned a ‘C’ rating, indicating a potential fourth, fifth, or sixth-round selections.
Blazers backup goalie Dylan Ernst, 17, was not named to the list which will be updated throughout the season as scouts evaluate players eligible for the 2022 NHL Draft.
The draft is scheduled to be held in Montreal on July 7 and 8 next year.
