Kamloops RCMP are asking for help in identifying three people after a suspicious vehicle fire last week.

Police say they were called to the 200-block of Tranquille Road around 2 a.m. last Wednesday June 8, where an unoccupied SUV was on fire. Firefighters were also called to put out the fire.

RCMP spokesperson Cpl. Crystal Evelyn says police are hoping to identify three people were caught on surveillance footage.

“Police believe the fire was intentionally set and are hoping to speak to anyone who witnessed or has information related to this incident,” she said.
