RCMP say a 35-year-old Kamloops man is facing one count of possession of stolen property after he was arrested by the Crime Reduction Unit earlier this month.

On Valentine’s Day, Mounties say they found a green Dodge pickup truck that had been reported as stolen from Pinantan on Feb. 9, 2023. They say a suspect was also arrested nearby on the 900-block of Jasper Avenue on the North Shore.

“The suspect was held in custody and charge recommendation approval was received the next day,” RCMP spokesperson Corporal Crystal Evelyn, said. “He was held for a bail hearing and remanded in custody.”

Evelyn says Mark Aaron Schulz has a court appearance later today.
